"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel — it was better than we expected. The staff was always very attentive and helpful, always greeting us with smiles and kindness; truly very professional. The facilities were very clean, and the room service was excellent. We would definitely come back. Just one remark: on our last day, I believe there was maintenance being done in the room next door, and because of that, a smell of paint or thinner was coming through the ventilation, which caused throat irritation for my wife. My suggestion is to avoid assigning guests to rooms that are close to those undergoing construction or maintenance."

The resort delivered exactly what I needed, a relaxing, fun, and well-run getaway that balanced comfort with great entertainment and outstanding service. The restaurants were consistently impressive, the adult pool was my home base most days, and the nightly entertainment never disappointed. The fire show and Mayan show were absolute standouts, karaoke was a blast, and the DJ kept the energy high without ever feeling over the top. My room was cozy, clean, and a perfect retreat after long sunny days. What truly made the trip exceptional was the staff. Their teamwork and warm hospitality created the kind of experience that keeps guests coming back. A huge thank-you to th staff. Every one of them contributed to a stay that felt both personal and seamless. Dreams Jade consistently hit the mark on service, food, activities, and comfort. I left rested, well-fed, and already thinking about when I can return. "

"Overall it’s a beautiful property. The staff are very friendly and professional. The pools are beautiful. The restaurants are great with well designed interiors. One thing I will say is that the tiles in the rooms can get kinda slippery with some water and my wife slid a few times. Not sure there’s much they can do about that now though. Still looking forward to coming back in the future"
