“Picked this property because it had a restaurant. I wanted a good breakfast in the morning because I work long hours until early in the am. Coffee maker did not work in my room. Went down, not breakfast, staff issue. Asked desk person is there coffee, no person here to make it. How about a new coffee maker? Nope, house keepers nor maintenance not onsite. Had to walk to hotel next door and beg them for a cup of coffee. Premium pricing, premium property, lousy service, not helpful. Not even a……

“The room was very clean, the staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was perfect, near restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again when in town.”

“Telephone system didn't work so you could call the desk. They only put 2 towels in a room for a family of 4, then said they ran out of towels when asked for additional. The carpet in the rooms was aborably dirty. When we spilt a little water from our cooler, we used a towel to clean it up. It came up black (not gray). We made everyone wear shoes all the time after that. The place seemed freshly painted. Staff was nice & pleasant. Pool was cloudy. You couldn't see your feet in 3 feet of……

“The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was better than I’d expected and very comfortable. Whenever I went out, I was so happy to come back and take shower in that huge bathroom then lay in that bed. And I was so happy to see I had a full kitchen in my room. So, whatever wasn’t at breakfast, I could easily make myself. The stuff was so patient when I had to replace my keys not once or twice, but three times. Not once with a complaint or show of annoyance, they were angels. Especially……

“Check in was very efficient! Facilities were clean and breakfast items were delicious!! The pillows and mattress were uncomfortable. Pillows are too small and soft. Mattress feels worn. (Even with “Topper”) The TV volume would not go below “10” setting. Only option is to “Mute” sound. Room assigned was not same as one described in reservation made. It did not include a kitchen!”

“The property was brand new and very clean. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great too.”

“Filthy rooms, rude staff that reaked of marijuana, room was dirty when I checked in and had to wait 45 minutes for it to be cleaned.”

“Fire alarm was pulled at 5am, room was not really clean but this was a last minute booking and was sufficient for the 5 hours of sleep we needed before driving home”

“When i got there the young man was nice. But no toilet paper in room. Room was never serviced in four days. And i had to ask for clean towels after three days and had to go back to office again to get clean towels. And the pool was green on the 4th of July and couldn't enjoy it with my daughter . Truthfully I'm not very happy.”
