“For a quick inspection, the rooms were clean. The stack was incredibly friendly no continental breakfast, but they hadn’t attach restaurant so I do understand although the pricing at the restaurant was typical for attached to a hotel. The parking lot needed a lot of maintenance very rough overall your average hotel day.”

“The place is clean and updated. I felt safe staying with my teen for 2 nights. Breakfast options were as expected. It’s tucked behind 2 car dealerships. Terre Park was close which was a great place to visit. ”

“Swimming pool water was dirty. Room had soiled walls, rusted light fixtures, missing towel hook, broken mirror on closet door, soiled areas on sofa, vents were rusted & old, tripping hazard out in hallway due to a drain cover that appeared to be homemade & sticking up a good 1/2” from the floor, lobby furniture was worn out.”

“The cleanest motel room i have ever been in and the breakfast was one of the best also. The staff were very friendly and i love the check in on you text received not too long after we were up in our room.”

“Best hotel. The property is very clean and nice, like a newly completed building. Their pool and hot tub were great to relax and enjoy. Their breakfast was wondeful with variety additions like strawberry pancakes, everything bagel etc. There are different restaurants and other amenities nearby. Will definitely stay there again when visiting Des Moines.”

“Great stay. Clean room, great bed, plenty of towels, nice night ight in bathroom. Shower had shampoo/conditioner bottles. Parking is free. Breakfast was typical hotel stuff but plenty of variety. Area was kept clean. Pool & hot tub were very nice too.”

“Room was clean. All dispensers were full. Had kleenex. King bed was clean and comfortable. TV was decent size. Very nice change from inns we stayed at down south!”

“No ice machine, limited vending (no water, only pop). Had to take garbage to the back dumpster before checking out. No hand towels, only 2 wash cloths and two bath towels. Had a kitchenette but no cookware or dishware.”
