“The hotel is lovely, but they have some challenges that affected my stay and my overall opinion of the property. We waited 45 minutes in line to check in due to a system shutdown. The toilet in our room cycled all night, keeping us up, and requiring a room change. The hotel then didn’t recognize our prepaid room and charged me again for the room nights, pulling the funds from my bank account and adding undue charges to my credit card. It was an unfortunate experience that will prevent me from……

“We absolutely loved our stay at the Peninsula! It is nestled in the heart of an artsy neighborhood, and surrounded by wonderful restaurants and shops. Not only was the location ideal, but the restaurant staff was incredible, as well! Communication with the hotel staff was clear and easy. I was a bit nervous about “contactless” hotel staff, but it was refreshing and they responded to any questions we had very quickly. We are already planning our next trip! ”
