“We had no heat for the entire stay- it was below 20 on some nights and we were freezing. We messaged some agent over and over and they kept having us trying to troubleshoot. Then they said they sent a technician which they did not. I never got anyone on the phone to speak to. They just kept texting me. I thought I was texting a bot.

“We arrived close to 5 pm. Code for front entrance and unit was provided. Unfortunately the code for the unit did not work. We tried many times and then searched for number and called. They were able to give us the correct code. Please was cleaned top to bottom. Looked exactly like the picture as well. They had plenty amenities and toiletries. The only bad thing I have to say is there was so much noise from tenants above us from 6:30am on a Saturday. We couldn’t sleep. Very inconsiderate. I……

“The owners of this property canceled on me the night before my trip, blaming it on a “maintenance issue”. They originally reassigned me to a different unit but then canceled it in full. It was difficult to contact the property and I did not even receive a full refund. Would not recommend staying at this place, a would not recommend this ownership group that works through Evonify Stays.”
