“This review describes an ADA unit in hopes to help someone that needs it to make an informed decision.The master bedroom has a queen size bed instead of a king to allow space for a wheelchair to pass. The masterbath has a tub with a bench on one end and there are handrails everywhere. The sink does not have bottom cabinets to allow full access with a wheelchair.The second bathroom also has plenty of handrails and a roll in shower. The kitchen had no bottom cabinets in some areas and the upper……

“The beach is from the balcony are amazing, and the ability to walk the beach within minutes is just spectacular. The unit is very small, and does need a little bit of TLC but overall a great experience because of the ocean proximity. I will definitely stay there again ”

“We stayed at the condo for over 8 weeks in the winter. It is located in a forest so it's very quiet and peaceful. The unit was clean with a well appointed kitchen. There was an initial supply of the essentials upon check in and the kitchen has a good supply of cooking utensils. Beds were comfortable and towels were plush. It is a very quiet building and the neighbors are friendly. It is very hilly so you need to be able to be somewhat fit if you want to go for a walk in the neighborhood or……

“The condo was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our month long stay. We ventured out every morning to enjoy the ocean, trees, parks, history etc. Every afternoon we relaxed in the apartment. Be prepared to climb steps if they don’t fix the elevator. It was good exercise for us, but some might find it tiring, especially caring groceries. We had a great vacation in Monterey. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condominium.”
