“The room was amazing. 3 bedroom villa, family of 5. Food was 8/10…we did all inclusive, if the prices we saw were accurate it would be almost prohibitive not to. Breakfast the best. Pools 9.5/10. Really nice. Gym was 9/10. Staff 10/10. Nespresso coffee and pods in room. Currently construction on the ocean side of vista encantada, but wasn’t very impactful. Only real complaint was the pillows…small and flat. It was better than we expected from the Expedia descriptions. Scheduled van to/from……

“If you want to listen to a dog barking day and night this is the place for you . We barely checked in and asked about the neighbors dog and were told they would move us but then ghosted us. There are permanent tenants in the adjoining apt that have dogs and they are allowed to bark without any repercussions. This is not a relaxing property at all. We didn’t realize that there were dogs and it’s NOT mentioned in the description . We didn’t appreciate coming home after a day of sightseeing g to……

“MONEY STOLEN!! We stayed for 4 nights total and on our last day there, we noticed $500 was stolen from my wallet. No one else had been inside our hotel room except our family and THE CLEANING STAFF. During our second day there, in the morning when I tried to enter my hotel room, there were two cleaning ladies inside my room, and one of them was at the door, HOLDING THE DOOR SHUT while I used my keycard to try to enter.
