“The hotel has a great lobby and pool area. The rooms are super outdated and it did not feel like a resort in comparison to others in Puerto Rico.
No bell hopper was offered when arrived and my husband and I had to push the cart up. Certain treatments of a resort were lacking and it seems like the staff isn’t too happy.
Room dining was excellent. Props to the chef and the staff member who took the time to read the entire menu when our QR code was shaded out in our room.”

“We had a wonderful relaxing stay here. Breakfasts are excellent, and although the menu is limited, evening meals are very good. Pool is quite small but refreshing and beautifully clean. Our one recommendation would be to put a small fridge in the room. We will certainly return if we’re back in Puerto Rico.”

“We had a last minute change of booking and stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is modern and clean with comfortable rooms. The pool is a bit small but fine for a cooling evening swim. Breakfasts were actually very good, and we were absolutely delighted that there was proper cutlery and crockery with no single use plastic anywhere - full marks for that. “Check in was weird and not mentioned at all through email at all. When we arrived there was no front desk, just staff waiting around in golf carts. I didn’t mind, just preferred that this be mentioned through some communication. Every room has its own personal garage which is nice. There’s no explanation about that on anything either. This is advertised as an adult only property which is fine”
