“The amenities and room itself were perfect. There were only two reasons that the hotel experience wasn’t perfect; there was no free breakfast and the staff could have been friendlier.”

“Very dirty carpet. Microwave had food from previous people. Beds had chocolate stains from previous ppl. Breakfast and coffee were just ok. ”

“We requested a room with 2 queen beds, they gave us a room with one bed, when we went to the reception to let them know they took over 1/2 hour to then tell us that they did not have any rooms available with 2 beds, and couldn’t provide us with two rooms either, they told us with no worries in the world that they overbooked and couldn’t do anything for us. Basically left us stranded after a very long trip and being super exhausted.”

“My stay was disappointing. I had to wait until 4 PM to check in because my room wasn’t cleaned. The hotel seems to cater mostly to blue-collar workers, with many work trucks in the parking lot. One major issue is that rooms are only cleaned once a week, which was not disclosed when booking. This should be clearly stated so guests know ahead of time. The internet is very poor, especially if you need it for work, and the front desk said there was nothing they could do. Overall, the hotel did not……

“Love their service. Room is clean and have shuttle to RIC.”

“There was a close to property sell out that should have been noted when I made a reservation as the property was overrun with children and soccer parents. This was impossible. The lobby was overcrowded and the hallways so loud with kids running and doors slamming shut. I had to make another reservation elsewhere and just lose my money. I did not appreciate the conditions. ”

“Staff was very friendly. Parking was not an issue. This motel needs an overhaul. My room had roaches. I do not recommend this location unless it is an absolute last resort. Definitely learned my lesson about staying at cheap properties. ”

“Even though the rooms say smoke-free, they are not. Our room smelled like smoke, and they had no other rooms to move me. The walls and ceiling are yellow ..prob from the smoke. The bathroom was not the best. There was no staff to refill items at breakfast. This hotel needs to be painted or renovated. ”

“The room was not clean at all. The bathroom was terrible and had to request the cleaning. Looks like they just agave it without cleaning. The main door opens without key. I would be requesting a refund on this. The staff was very courteous and very helpful.”
