“The entire property was clean and had the basics needed for a traveler. Steve was very kind and friendly. We had plenty of parking for our truck and boat. The only negative was poor weather for our fishing trip. We would definitely stay again. ”

“Upon arriving to the property it smelled disgusting - couch was filthy, floors and corners that weren’t carpet had dust, webs, and dirt. There was a gasoline tank in a humid apartment which was a fire and health hazard. His personal belongings were EVERYWHERE - all in the fridge, his shoes and playing balls, his controllers, even a laptop! The cup holders in the couch weren’t even cleaned out and full of disgusting dirt and had a smoke hole in the couch which explained the disgusting smell……

“There was black mold on the windows. Windows were also broken.the doors lock well there was a giant hole in the floor. The bathroom was disgusting. They did have a playstaition which was cool. And we could smoke. ”
