Nice and hot one minute and the next minute freezing cold. This was the same in our travelling partners’ room. Both rooms on the 11th floor. The bar and restaurant are closed in the afternoon and didn’t open until 5 pm. We were looking forward to a Happy Hour after a long day of travel. There is beer in the fridge but no wine. The restaurant was very nice and the food was good. It was nice to be able to bring our wine out to the pool. Move to an upper floor went to go into our new room just to discover that it is a dirty room that has not been cleaned. Went downstairs to get it settled with a new room as we were very unhappy at this point. Checked into our newest room to find hair in our bathtub. At this point, we just decided that we were just gonna sleep and get out of this hotel and never return."
