“Overall it was a pleasant stay. We had an event on Sunday in the Hawkeye Room, which was set up for our event, staff present did not seem to know about the event and we had to arrange with them to get a tub with ice for our drinks. They were helpful guiding folks to where we were. One of the rooms I reserved did not have a TV. that worked for a least a couple days and we did not have soap and shampoo in either shower, which I asked about but nothing happened. Parking was ok in the garage, but……

“The views were beautiful. We enjoyed being able to have our pup with us with no charge. The restaurant was out of a lot of things, but we were kind of in off-season. We loved being able to rent a golf cart to explore.”

“Very old building that needs upgrades. The room smelled very damp and the mattress needs to be replaced. Gym needs stretching mats as well”

“Very clean hotel. The breakfast could use some improvements.”
