“The bed was GREAT! I appreciate the crispy sheets and the pillows. I was on a floor that was quiet which was fantastic. I was NOT impressed with the fact housekeeping did not come and I had to call for more towels at 6pm.”

“We had a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom (people upstairs flooded their shower somehow). The staff was on it immediately. They didn't have an equivalent room. We were in the 2 bedroom suite, which was a phenomenal room in itself. So they upgraded us to the executive suite, which was quite possibly the nicest hotel room I've ever seen in that price range. It had a full kitchen, with an oven. A six person dining table. Living room. LARGE bedroom with the best en suite ever. Large soaking tub……

“A good place to stay for the lower cost. Landscape outside is lacking. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed.”

“We woke up and found three cockroaches in our room. One in the tub, one by the sink, and another one by the tv. That's absolutely disgusting! Especially at the price we paid for this hotel, I expected it to be clean. I'll never stay here again. We spent like 30 minutes just going through our bags and making sure they were clean so we wouldn't take this infestation home. We didn't even eat breakfast at the hotel because who knows what the kitchen looks like.”

“I asked to do an early check in. I noted the special requests when I booked the room. I was scheduled to work in Peoria that weekend. I got off of work at 430 a.m. He denied me and told me Id mess up his audit. So I ended up sleeping in my vehicle till check in at 3. Then when I got to my room, I went to go shower and noticed there were long black hairs on the toilet and it was obvious that the floor hadn't been nor mopped. Needless to say, I will never stay again.”
