“Very nice accommodations for the price. The hotel was modern and clean, and the breakfast was an upgrade from the typical “breakfast included” hotels, also the fitness room was higher grade. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I had also stayed at Element in Iowa City, it was very similar and I had a positive experience there as well. I’ll look to stay at Element hotels in the future. ”

“The room was located very close to the bar area, so noise from outside was clearly audible. In addition, I did not receive a receipt at checkout. When I later called the front desk to request it, the process took a long time and the staff’s attitude was not very helpful. I eventually received the receipt, but the overall service experience was disappointing.”

“The room was clean and cool. I loved the rooftop but it is hard to access as only one elevator goes up there and the wrong one comes often when you call them to go up. Also, propane was out in all of the table fire pits. Except one that went out after our first night. The pool firepit worked and was nice. Gym was cool and organized. Staff was absolutely friendly and helpful from the front desk to Leo in housekeeping. I would stay again. Perfect location and area.”

“The host was extremely attentive during my visit and made the process easy. The bed was really firm which was great for me but may not be for everyone. Shops are a 7 min walk away. There are scooters you can rent around the area to commute. The neighborhood was relaxed and quiet day and night and everyone is friendly. Used uber to commute and spent around $15 and less for each ride. Did not use the pool. Room was as expected, if you stay here long request more towels. Would stay here again!”
