"Outstanding value for the dollar...I took a first floor Condo with partial Ocean view. The surf was practically outside my front door... View of ocean waves rolling in and sound of the surf. I have paid ALOT of money for rentals without as much peace & quiet and lovely scenery to be enjoyedy. Property Mgr "Houston" was kind, courteous and went out of his way to accommodate. Bed was comfy (Murphy!) ,space clean, atmosphere safe and quiet. Will be a new "go-to" for Southern Oregon coast. Highly recommend. "

"This place was perfect for us. And plenty room for a dive boats!! We didn’t get the Dive as much as we wanted to. But it’s all good mother nature was just blowing too hard. I would definitely recommend this place for a group of people. I waited too long to book it for the Fourth of July. But went to places that good it’s going to go fast. Thank you again, Guy."

"The town of Gold Beach pretty much goes dark for dining options in Tuesday and Wednesday so our fare was the local grocery store deli. That said, the hotel was awesome. Breakfast was great. The room was so nice and the view of the sunset was second to none. The hotel staff catered to our needs for motorcycle parking and were wonderful. Highly recommend of others are looking for a property in the Gold Beach area. "

"We really liked this house. It was spacious. The layout was different and fun. All our needs were met. The area is super windy: not the owner’s fault, and we were warned by the name. Would probably have stayed at a more protected place, but we enjoyed it anyway."

"Very cute little cottage part way up a hill with a fantastic view of the bay from either the balcony or just propped up on pillows while laying in bed. A public access beach is two short blocks away. Beach is very dog friendly and not crowded at all. The town is very sleepy but there are a few good places to eat. The crazy Norwegian serves really good fish and chips, and the Redfish restaurant has excellent food and a great view. Make sure to get reservations though."
