“Every thing very good!”

“it was a nice whimsical decor from the Old West. The wooden shutter with the crossbar latch was cute. Unfortunately, the window didn't lock. Didn't have any problems, but it was a risk. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of parking. We had two dogs with us and the property was decent for dogs, but would benefit from a little more green space to walk them.”

“We have stayed here a few times, the first we found a disgusting sex toy in our "clean" room. The second time we were over charged by $100 and weeks later they only refunded $62. This hotel lacks in leadership and integrity, I would steer away!”

“The bed was comfortable, the TV worked and the air conditioner worked, BUT there was food crumbs and hair all over. The bathroom floor was sticky and dirty in the corners. It’s a fairly new building so hopefully they can train their housekeeping staff to do better work.”

“This place should be demolished. They're doing a really half ass renovation on it. Some of the worst construction I've ever seen. I've seen better forts built by 12-year-olds. I will never stay at quality Inn ever again.”

“The grounds were well maintained. Lobby was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The 2nd floor hallway had stains on the carpet and did not look clean. The room was not good. It smelled bad and the floors were nasty. The fridge in the room was barely cold. The shower was ok but the water temp kept fluctuating. The air conditioner is motion sensor and kept turning off. The bed was comfortable. There was no breakfast offered.”

“. I recently stayed with my boyfriend in room 319 at the Travelodge by Wyndham Amarillo West Medical Center, located at 2108 Coulter St, Amarillo, TX 79106. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed that the floor was incredibly dirty. As we looked closer, we discovered that the entire room lacked cleaning. This included stained towels, sheets with footprints and hair on them, and dirty counters, bathrooms, and lampshades. This was especially disappointing given that it was advertised as……

“First time to stay at a hotel being renovated. Maybe it will be nice when the work is done. La Quinta then. Breakfast was okay with a hot option. Coffee wasn’t great but was hot. Smell of feedlots was pungent in the morning. Beds were good and AC was cold.”
