“Everything was great besides are washer was broken. We packed lightly with the knowledge and washer and dryer was an included amenity. When we reported it, they said they would send maintenance up to look at it. I then received and email, it would be Monday when they could get a technician there, which was after our check out. That was my biggest issue. They were kind when I reported then will not respond to follow-emails. The resort as a whole is nice but was disappointed that they didn’t care……

“The room was good for the price we had to pay, the staff were nice and friendly. The room really wasn’t clean. There was mold in the bathroom the tub and on the ceiling. Toiletries they advertised that were supplied, the bottles were in the rack, but they were empty. I really didn’t rely on theirs, I had brought my own, but this is just to help someone that might be reading the amenities. They came to the room and cleaned up the dirty towels, but fell to leave clean towels.”

“Not clean , had a water leak in the kitchen they fixed next day. No internet or WF that all, need your own WF or hotspot. Only 2 elevators in the building, pool it was ok but nothing else was offered that ice cream. For someone who called this resort …. Not resort they all. Just regular apartment building!”
