The staff at the front desk were lovely and Jay who works valet is a true gem. He was so kind to my mother who needs assistance with stairs. Pinky’s was nice to have on location. Nice stay with my mom to end our Charleston visit. ”

“The staff was wonderful. The building is showing its wear but the room and all else was very clean and fresh. For a quick stay under 10 minutes to center of town, with shuttle provided to town & back it was a pleasant stay. I would stay there again. ”

The only confusion I had was that I prepaid for breakfast and didn't tell them at the breakfast nor was I asked if it was prepaid.Thankfully, I confirmed at checkout and they refunded my breakfast charges. Had I not done this I would have double paid for breakfast. The breakfast was very good and thankfully NOT a buffet but fresh to order. My kids loved it.”

“Very pleasant boutique hotel in a great location. Tasteful, large rooms. Full refrigerator. Picnic basket breakfast delivered each morning. Large rooftop hot tub. Free drinks and snacks from 5 to 6. Staff was fantastic, particularly Matt. He was constantly going out of his way for us. We will definitely be back. ”
