“Terribly run down. Loud. Lights shining in our room. Bathroom fixtures coming off the wall. I killed a cockroach in the bathroom. Pot smoke rolling under the connecting room door. Pool closed. But, staff were nice and efficient…they just didn’t have much to work with. And, I never do reviews.”

“The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. There was visible hair in the bathtub, grime and debris along baseboards and surfaces, and one of the towels provided had visible staining and did not appear clean. I also observed multiple insects in the room, including in the bathroom. More concerning, the room door did not function properly. I had difficulty entering and exiting the room, and one of the locks was not working. I had to rely on staff assistance to access the room, which raised……

“I enjoyed my stay. I didn’t like that the key card’s deactivated themselves four different times. The staff was friendly, but the front desk lost paperwork that I had already signed. Room was clean and loved the shower. Overall 4/5.”

“The hotel was great but on the weekend the pool was packed and people left towels on chairs that were not being used. It wasn’t clear if all those people were even staying at the hotel. It would have been nice to enjoy the pool more. The place was clean and the location was excellent. The staff was very nice but the valet attendants were loud and you can hear them right outside the window early in the morning. If it wasn’t for the pool and the noise I would have given them 5 stars. ”
