“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”

“Hay parking cerca, el sector es seguro, quién nos atendió fue muy amable e hizo las cosas fáciles para nosotras. La habitación estaba muy linda. Solo había una toalla un poco rota pero enseguida el staff se ofreció a cambiarla. Me hubiera gustado tener acceso a café y té como decía en las amenities pero el lobby quedaba en otro hotel a dos cuadras aprox y el café del restaurante habría desde las 8am. En realidad todo muy bien”

“The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly upon our arrival and during our short stay. The employee we dealt with for requests after check-in, went out of his way to accommodate us without any hesitation whatsoever. The view from our hotel room (cathedral and little park area) was very beautiful and we loved the French doors that opened out onto the street. The noise from the late night party people was a little bit aggravating when trying to sleep but we considered it all part of the……

“Very secure and walking distance to the beach. Nice restaurants close by and easy to check in.”

“The pool and beach were definitely the best parts of our stay. Great area for kids and adults. The lobby was clean, and the staff was friendly. However, the building itself looked old and poorly maintained. Only one elevator was working, and there was caution tape outside in certain areas, which prevented guests from accessing parts of the hotel. I stayed in a room with my daughter and was disappointed to find weed on the balcony. The room floor also looked like it had not been properly mopped.……

“Room was very clean, beds and linens and pillows were comfortable and provided a good nights rest after a long day of travel, water pressure and towels were great. Just note that street traffic and outside noises and people on the streets and others in the hotel are definitely heard by all. Foam ear plugs are provided for this. Even with this being said we slept great and were comfortable and would come here again.”
