“For the price, I felt this hotel was very cheap in every way. Breakfast quality was subpar and the same for cleanliness of the room and hotel. For older people, there is no elevator. I had better experience at smaller motels but then the price was half the cost this hotel changed.”

“The double queen room was very old and outdated. Whatever chemicals they use to clean were so strong it gave me a migraine. The mattresses were AWFUL. By the time we got back from Mount Rushmore, there was no one in the office and the mattresses were so terrible we couldn’t stay. We ended up leaving at 11pm and continued on our trip. Will not be back!”

“After being in the car for 9 hours, we were looking forward to resting and relaxing. The hotel may be under renovation, however the rooms were absolutely disgusting, and the hot tub was out of commission. We rented 3 rooms and 2 of them had not been cleaned. There was still food/beer in the fridges, there was sticky stuff on the tables like a drink had been spilled, there was what we can only assume was vomit on the sides of one of the beds, and we had to change our own sheets as they were short……
