“The lady at the front desk was very friendly when checking in”

“Room was a touch warm on the 2nd floor, there is no AC from what I’m told, we visited in April, so luckily the outside temps were moderate at best. I would be unbearable in the summer without AC. Room was extremely clean and owners were very accomadating. Breakfast was fantastic, I’d stay again, just not in the summer”

“The townhouse was great. Clean, functional, good location. There were things that need to be improved however. When a place lists it has space for 6 to sleep but doesn’t spell out that two of those spaces are tiny fold out cots; we assumed there was a fold out couch. Also being located in one of the snow capitals and there was no shovel to clear the 8 or so inches of snow received during our stay. The soap dispenser in the half bath downstairs doesn’t function. The kitchen had basic necessities……

“My family had a great stay in Phoenix NY. The property was very clean and furnished nicely!! kitchen was fully stocked with coffee and a variety of teas. The owner Bobby was very responsive and checked on us to make sure we had enough towels and toiletries. The river views were breathtaking, very peaceful sunsets and the village was walking distance to the property. We had dinner at Duskie's Bar & Grill, the burgers are amazing!! We will definitely stay at this property again!!!”

“The host was very responsive for any of our questions.The house had a lot of extra amenities and supplies.It was utterly cold and snowed every day, but with the fireplaces running and the available snow shovels, we were able to stay comfortable and get around town easily.Would definitely want to visit during warmer weather ”
