"What a beautiful place to stay on St. John, a great location with outstanding views.
The restaurant was wonderful, we had two outstanding dinners and enjoyed after dinner drinks at the bar each evening.
Staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful!
We are planning to return in 2027!"

"The room was dark and depressing and the second bedroom looked like a low rent apartment in Los Angeles. There was one, unremarkable restaurant at the hotel and no room service. Breakfast entailed walking across the property to a deli/mini mart that was akin to airport food (mostly grab and go). Tons of staff driving empty shuttles around, but no room service and minimal housekeeping? Housekeeping only comes every other day and, so, technically, only came once during our 5 day stay and didn't...

The pictures do this place justice. While the units do look like the pictures, these pictures were clearly taken pre-hurricane. The property is pretty damaged from the hurricane and the first unit they gave us had mold in it. We finally got into a second room four hours later and the shower had hair in it, all over the walls and floor. They don’t offer cleaning services for free, we were told that if we wanted cleaning services, there would be a fee. For the amount of money we paid for the room I would think cleaning is included. Having to call the bell hop, AKA the golf cart to take us to and from the room to and the lobby was a bit of a hassle when the bellhops expected to be tipped every single trip. The kitchen was stocked with essential dishes, all glass, no plastic and was pretty clean. We laid in the bed, both of us started itching. I couldn’t see any bed bugs, but the sheets definitely were not freshly cleaned. "
"The interior of room was a simple setup. It was a tat bit outdated but it was very clean. Exterior was a worn out but I think it had alot to do with the beach front weather and sea blast over time. Very private"
"This is a great place and a great value. If I could change only one little thing it would be to get the water in the shower a little more hot; it’s not cold but not quite hot—a little over lukewarm. I’m sure this could be a quick fix from a maintenance engineer. There is a little road noise, as well, which you can’t help being that close to the main road. Overall, it is a really great hotel that is easy to get to and close to everything (ferry, airport, restaurants/shops, and my work. I travel every other month for work, and I will likely stay again (if they can heat up the water a little ;0). "
"This is THE hotel to stay in in St. Croix. It is right by the ferry to the island that has Christiansted's beach facing the harbor, so it's super easy to get to the island beach. The hotel owns the ferry, so hotel goers get to ride the roughly one-minute boat ride for free. The hotel is recently renovated and gorgeous. I especially loved the pool and the peacock room, both of which are just beautiful. We stayed in one of the alleyway rooms, which are the hotel's most basic. They have a very nice layout but I was hoping for a fancier room. On the last night, the hotel kindly gave my son and I an amazing, free upgrade to one of their nicest rooms, with a private balcony overlooking all of the boats and the island, kindly facilitated by Ms. Janeta. Their cleaning staff was especially kind, especially once my friend left and I was traveling alone with my infant son. I love the hotel and St. Croix so much that I entended our stay. The bellhops carried all of our things during our three room changes. Shoutout to their bellhop Jeff. Ms. Anne on the cleaning staff was also especially kind to us. At the front desk Shanequa was very nice to us. The 3 PM check-in can be slow and feel slightly chaotic at times, but it is worth is. The hotel's restaurant, Prime Harbour, is overpriced but good. I got the surf n' turf which was the most expensive in the area but they give you an extremely generous portion of lobster. Virgin Coffee Roasters is located at the foot of the hotel and is good. "
