“Unfortunately, our stay at the Westin St. Thomas was disappointing and, in my opinion, not worth the price. The staff were not very friendly or welcoming throughout our stay. We were also overcharged for drinks, and when I emailed the resort to bring the issue to their attention, no one followed up or even responded to my concerns. The food and drinks were nothing special and were significantly overpriced. We found that it was much more affordable to purchase liquor at a nearby gas station and……

“The views were beautiful and walking distance to town. The room was clean but our room was unfinished. For example, windows with no curtains and a slider that only had a partial curtain and didn’t fully close. The neighbors got a show every night (and not by choice) Also our water was cut off -twice- but they quickly fixed it. The pool area was hit or miss with too many day-passers drowning the vibe. When you arrive - expect to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs. The food was excellent……
