“Listing is accurate to description and photos. Farmhouse has been nicely updated. Family of 5, plus 2 grandparents and dog stayed, we all had enough room and enjoyed the house. Was a very clean and neat property, especially for being dog friendly. We had all the amenities we needed. ”

“Everything was incredibly clean, the rooms were spacious, well appointed, and very comfortable, and we really felt like we were at home. The back patio and man cave were special treats and wonderful places to relax. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and it was nice to interact with neighbors who are friendly. The property is close to the quaint downtown and minutes away from supermarkets and restaurants. The owner is extremely responsive and was a delight to correspond with. This property……

“clean and cozy... some small issues others have discussed so I wont beat a dead horse, but the small issues didnt taint a lovely stay. Hoping to be back next year, great spot for Borderland Festival!”

“Our host, David, kept in contact via text. He was quick to respond and very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants. The cabin was clean, cute and bed was very comfy. Appeared to have been recently, renovated. The hosts thought of everything! Much more than any VRBO we've ever stayed in before.They supplied coffee, a spare toothbrush and a phone charger by the bed to name a few. Would absolutely come back and refer others!”
