“The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. There were a few fans running around the room, so someone was aware of this problem and did not address it, or notify us. “The host was so quick to reply to our questions and needs. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was clean and there was plenty of space for our family of 7\. The only thing I would point out was that there wasn’t extra linens or blankets in a closet, at least not that we could find. But it turned out fine. Thank you for everything! We had a great stay and would stay there again next time we’re in town. ”

“The rooms were spacious, the bedding was clean, and the furniture was acceptable. The house needs some maintenance pretty badly. The flooring, decking, patio furniture and flooring above the kitchen needs to be replaced. The dishes were dirty, sink upstairs and bathtub areas need a good scrub, and there was quite a bit of dust on the walls and ceilings. The bedrooms and living room area was nice. Definitely not a five star. ”
