"This was only the 2nd VRBO I have rented. My husband and I were looking for a place to watch the solar eclipse. We enjoyed this house. It has very nice decor and was well stocked. I was impressed that it even had a first aid kit, q-tips, and cotton balls. There were plenty of nice dishes and extra blankets. Easy check in and quiet neighborhood. The owner responsed quickly to questions prior to trip and followed up to make sure everything went well afterwards."

"The place is in a great part of Austin and is a walkable distance to parks and grocery stores. It had everything I needed with lots of kitchen utensils. The place was clean, bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. While there is some noise as it’s close to both a highway and train tracks, I work from home and had no issues. The host is super nice and her dog and cats were also friendly. Overall it was one of the best stays I’ve had!"

"We stayed in the downstairs section of this 2-story duplex. There were no problems with noise from the other guests during our 4-night stay. The neighborhood is calm and residential. The property is very modern and all the features were in good repair and worked perfectly, including the washer & dryer. We always cook on our stays, and we found the kitchen was well-provisioned. "Directions on the whole parking and check in process need to be a little shorter. There was no tv in the master bedroom, despite the fact that there are pics of a tv online. One of the mirrors in the other bedroom was dirty so I cleaned it. There was also some blue crusty stuff on the side table in the master.
