“Great place!”

“This is my first option I look for every time I’m traveling to Delaware’s!”

“The rental was comfortable and in a good location.”

“Close to shops and food, great surprise to have a street farmers market. Easy to communicate with host. Space is small but clean. Now for the issues, our first morning there someone broke in to the apt. and scared us but did no damage or theft. Police were called and the host came swiftly and changed the codes to the doors. He had no knowledge of who it was however the person knew the door code so it is assumed the codes hadn’t gotten changed prior to our stay. The hot water only lasts for about……

“Wonderful stay”

“We absolutely loved our stay here! We are college counselors and were in Delaware for a visit to Ohio Wesleyan University, and this adorable home was the perfect place to stay. It was charming, comfortable, welcoming, and felt like a little home away from home.If you’re visiting OWU, you really couldn’t ask for a better location. We were able to walk to campus each day, which made our visit so easy and convenient. As anyone visiting a college campus knows, having a comfortable place to stay……

“This stay was a blast! We enjoyed our stay and the spookiness!”

“Had everything we needed. Could have held lots more people. A little less than a mile walk to a great downtown! All was well.”

“Our host Genti was great. Super fast responses when questions arose. Very clean, updated, 3rd floor condo. Comfortable beds, plenty of room in living/dining area and large kitchen. We stayed in unit A in back of building. Will stay again”

“Great, cool, modern industrial apartment located in walking distance of the small town of Delaware, OH. Fun place to stay if visiting for a few days, and loved Opas Grill & Tavern. Host, Genti, was very responsive to any questions or requests.”

“This is my favorite place to stay now. Just absolutely perfect!!”

“Great property! Very clean, maintained and perfect location.”

“First of all, these folks are extremely nice. Anything I needed, they were available. That being said, there were a couple issues (which I already discussed with the host so they won’t be surprised.). First, these cleaning should have been better. The freezer and the fridge weren’t clean; there were hair and crumbs in both sides. There were cobwebs with bugs in some of the corners. The icemaker and water dispenser were broken. The plug for the tub was broken so you couldn’t take a bath……
