"The staff are very professional and treated us amazing. The area is great and walking distance to every bar, restaurant imaginable. The pool is such a plus. The only thing was the A/C in our room went out twice in the 3 nights we stayed and the room was 76 inside. But great experience overall"
"We ate at The Rib Room restaurant for prime rib dinner and my steamed broccoli was served with the rubber band around it still. It was dark and I didn't notice it until I was chewing on it. It wasn't our server's fault, but I will not ever eat there again after this happened. We usually stay at this Omni at least once a year, so it is a shame."
"Overall very satisfied. The hotel room has everything i needed for the stay (maybe a full-body mirror could have been a plus, but not essential)
The area is convenient too and very close to the streetcar station. Verti Marte is one block away so you jave the nest sandwich shop right next to you
Pool area was nice. And the room interior overall did not have anything too tacky in my taste
The staff was mostly great, no complaints.

"We had a great 4 night stay at the Sheraton! I’m pretty picky when it comes to hotels & I have no complaints. It was within walking distance of Bourbon Street which we spent just about every night on. Lots of great cafes near by. The staff were great & informative about suggestions around the area. The hotel was clean & we loved the location! Would definitely stay again!! "

"Le Pavilion is often my go-to hotel when visiting NOLA. I like the classy facade and hotel interiors. The rooms are pretty good size, classy style with tall ceilings. The bathrooms are very well styled with marble in a European style. The value in this area is really hard to beat. I prefer the 'edge of the French Quarter' location on Poydras St, making it more accessible to everything without the French Quarter traffic."

"First room smelled like mildew. I wasn’t going to say anything but they text me to ask how the room was and I brought up the smell and they moved us to a new room. They were extremely nice and accommodating."

"This property was amazing. We came in for one night and upon arrival they met us at the car, unloaded it, escorted us to our room and unloaded it again. It was easy and convenient. We will definitely be staying again! "

"This property is very nice. The only issue was the system went down when checking in, it took two days for us to get keys, and our room was only cleaned once and not daily like it said. Was not sure if I needed to request that it be done everyday. Room was beautiful, the view was ok. Staff very friendly and helpful. We will be back again. Thank you for a lovely stay. "
