"We enjoyed our two-week stay in Golden. The carriage house is as advertised and within walking distance to downtown Golden, The downside to its location is that it’s on an alley, complete with several abandoned vehicles and other large items that should be removed. The property, though, is fresh and clean and comfortable, and both the manager and the owner were quick to respond to my messages."

"Perfect place for our family when we came up to visit our son for Family Weekend at CU Boulder. The rental unit is well appointed and so beautiful. Beds were super comfortable and I was happy to be able to cook meals for my family and hang out all together. You are outside of town but it is a quick drive in to downtown Boulder. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer."

"It was a very pleasant stay at this property m, th hour had everything as described in the listing plus some small extra commodities provided in the bathroom and the kitchen. Didn’t get bother at all by owner as it is the back house. Only thing that need to be fixed is the WiFi signal that was a little weak.Also the house lock master takes a little bit of time to understand."

"First time staying at a Kasa property. Very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the unit. Would stay here again if back in the area. Although it didn’t matter to us because of the weather, we received notice that the pool was under repair on the day we arrived. It was clear the repairs were well underway and had not started that day. I would suggest notifying guests well in advance in case this feature is important to them, and they may want to change their plans. "
