"There was VERY poor heat in the room. It took forever to warm up. Staff offered a room with king bed instead of 2 twins that had a special key that only the staff had so you would have to have a staff member open your door every time you left the room. New management came in next morning knowing nothing of our problems. Told us we could pay for an additional room on top of the freezing one we already had. This was the worst customer service ever.
