"The home is in a great location. All of the utensils needed were in the kitchen. All of the rooms were very clean and ready for our stay when we arrived. Check in was extremely easy. The hosts were helpful and answered questions in a timely manner. We had a wonderful experience."

"This house was amazing. Beautiful yard, amazing views, and located just far enough from town to have everything you need nearby and still feel a bit secluded. Bob had something cooking in the smoker which filled the yard with something delicious! Both he and Jean were a pleasure to meet and chat with a bit. All in all a great trip and awesome property!"

"Five stars is not enough to rate how kind and generous our hosts were to us. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed and it was clean throughout. Communication was excellent, describing every detail on how to operate lights, locks, hot tub, and thermostat. We enjoyed great views and walks. Fresh eggs were wonderful. I asked about a floor fan for the sake of white noise and they made sure there was one there when we arrived! They’re flexible and gracious and I can’t wait for trip #3! "We chose this property in large part for the location off the beaten path but within easy striking distance of the Folsom area. It provided exactly the peace and quiet we had hoped, and that made our down time and sleeping much better than somewhere busier. "A little small but it was okay since we mainly just slept here. There was enough beds for everyone including extra thick mattress for another person to sleep on if needed. The owners do live on property but they gave us our privacy. Any interactions we had with them were very friendly. Remote location with nice views but close enough to town. And a lot of extra amenities and little freebies. Made us feel very welcome!!!"
