If you’re looking for a quiet tucked away paradise then look no further! The hosts (Mark and Mary) are gifts from God and I don’t say that lightly. Just go ahead and reserve…it doesn’t get any better than this! Clean, cozy, comfortable, at home feeling with that classic country touch. Perfection!"

"The host was lovely and had very thoughtful touches. We came to tour the Magnolia store and grounds but to our surprise, the Homestead shops down the street from the cottage had so much to offer as well. "

"Rough start, the code had been changed by the manager, but the door was left unlocked, so we initially got right in. When we locked the door and then came back to the property, suddenly we were locked out. It was after dinner and late in the evening. We had to try and get ahold of the host, which took about 1.5 hours. Ultimately, we were given the new code and they brought us a lovely gift basket the next day as an apology. We appreciated the gift basket and understand how the problem happened....

"Pretty remote but peaceful and pretty. Comfortable, needed more towels and washcloths. Very clean."

"The accommodations was excellent. All was very nice and comfortable. Normal living supplies were provided over and beyond what we had expected. The only issue we had was the Internet was intermittent and for the better part of 2 days was completely out. There was some storms in the area so it could be attributed to that. Not catastrophic but inconvenient. All in all we had a good outing."

"It was me and my husband for the weekend for a wedding. It was perfect for us. We sre 50+ in age and I honesly was worried about the murphy bed but it was comfortable. Loved the upstairs porch with the rocking chairs and the horses were so pretty to watch. Communication was so easy. Hoping to have another excuse to go to Waco so we can book it again. Thank you!"

"Loved this place, perfect for family christmas, room for gatherings, playing games and eating. Kitchen perfect for family gathering. Rooms great, great water pressure for long hot showers. The kids loved the loft area. Lots of time spent outside around the gas fireplace. Will be back."
