"We stayed a week and enjoyed our stay here very much. The staff was so friendly and always so helpful. The room was very clean and always smelled really good. Enjoyed the balcony and watching the otters and bears in the river. "
"Our whole trip was amazing. The staff was so friendly. Rooms were very clean, easy access to shopping and restaurants
They have a trolley that's free that will take you to Pigeon forge.
The only thing I had a complaint about was when buying alcohol at the bar. The tax they charge you for alcohol is like 22% which is outrageous.
Would definitely go back and I highly recommend."
"Very charming place! Older hotel, but rooms nicely renovated with rustic country decor. Very quiet, but close to all the activities. Enjoyed watching bears from the balcony. Saw several bears this week. Loved the view of the creek."
"My family had a WONDERFUL stay at this hotel - Very clean, staff are very welcoming, room is spacious, and reasonably priced because breakfast is included. I would love to go back."
The Park Vista - a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel - Gatlinburg
10/10 Excellent
"The views are absolutely amazing that was worth the price. I feel like the room was worth half and the view was worth half. The hotel is still in very good condition they keep it as clean as they can but it is definitely starting to show it's where and will be in need of an update. I think the carpets the worst part they need the vinyl flooring.
But everybody was nice like I said the cleaning crew does a great job it's just a well traveled older building but the view was absolutely spectacular.
I would definitely stay here again!!"
