"I liked the appearance of the lobby, the number of staff and their consistant politeness. The only objection is that expedia had said that all charges were included in their pricing and I was charged an extra $100 upon leaving as a standard Chicago fee. This is not correct name but the fee did not apply to any service used or contracted for, any purchase made and was not explained at check-in but was withheld on credit card. This fee was not included by hotel on expedia when they showed all charges."

"I thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this hotel with my family. Lots of breakfast options like omelette, Pan cakes, fresh melons to name a few. Daily free evening drinks and snacks were awesome. Pool was very clean and well maintained. Overall staff and hotel were beyond my expectations and would highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Chicago downtown. They upgraded my room to premium suite due to unavailability of the regular one that I booked."
