"Well kept home, everything you need in the kitchen, close to the Caverns. The host were wonderful, replied to any messages I sent very fast, only thing I would change about this house would be a blind or curtain in kitchen window and covering over the front glass door but that wouldn't stop me from renting this home again if I was to return to the area. Thanks for making my stay a wonderful one!"

"My family and I stayed at The Gingerbread House for my brothers graduation from JMU. House is exactly as pictured and described. It’s a perfect and cozy home for family. There were two living areas we could spread out and a perfect little dining room for family meals. The hosts had these cute little bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash set up and plenty of linens. Really lovely stay."

The host is honestly one of the best I've encountered, providing perfect directions and being super flexible as we had to make some last-minute changes. "My friends and I stayed here for a short gateway. The house was very nice but the cons are: 1. Mattress were uncomfortable because they were old and spring mattress. 2. Linens looked old,musty, and dirty. Some linens still had stains. 3. Pillows were old and thin. 4. Bathrooms were stained in blue and old. 5.
