"This is wonderful place, but needs better description of house. The beds upstairs in one bedroom, had no top sheets, just bedspreads, and top bunks not good for adults due to ladders. Nothing major, I’m sure they will get it stocked in time, or at least tell perspective tenants to bring their own cup towels, dish clothes, pot holders etc. trash cans in bathrooms, for price per night this should be a 5 star listing in our opinion. "The property was easy to get too. Was close to UMHB and that was perfect. Unfortunately the door cofe didnt work at first and we was late getting in the property by 4 hrs. The property manager was good at letting us know what was going on. She was very nice and the house was beautiful. Needs a little touch up here and there but its great for kids and teenagers. The barbie room was the best. Will definitely stay again. "

"This property is truly a hidden gem. Tucked away in a grove of lush woods, it is so peaceful. The home itself is warm and inviting. Great care has gone into updating this ranch house while keeping the original charm. The décor is welcoming and in just the right amounts. Covered front and back porches are just delightful for morning coffee. Two bedrooms with comfortable beds, and top notch linens. Plenty of seating options in the living room and sitting room with very comfortable furniture....

"The home was not clean and had ants. It smells like smoke so much so that even my luggage smelled like smoke. The neighborhood is not great. Definitely not worth the price. When I brought the ants and the fact that the house was not cleaned to the manager’s attention …they did spray for ants and clean up. The manager was helpful but I would not stay here again. The smoke smell was awful."

"We loved this property. There were 12 of us in town for a graduation and this house worked great for us. The house had a great view of the golf course and the creek behind it was very nice. We loved feeding the deer in the evenings and we even got a round of golf in. We also loved the driving range right across from the house. We would definitely recommend this house and would love to stay again."
