“The property was well situated.It needed a thorough clean throughout. Certain furniture was in such a poor state that the owner decided to replace it. The bathroom was unclean. Water was slow to drain from the bath because the plug hole was blocked through dirt & debris ( photo available) . Several lightbulbs needed replacing but the owners did not come at the time agreed to replace them. The property was not presented for a long stay, no kitchen towels, no spare bedding etc. kitchen utensils,……

“The property was even nicer than the VRBO photos. The kitchen is small but had all the basics needed if someone wanted to dine in. Property was close to restaurants, grocery stores, and easy to get to the interstate to go to St Louis. The neighborhood is very walkable and also very quiet. Communication with the host was excellent.”
