“Location was outstanding, there were several shopping and restaurant within 10 minutes drive, the bedrooms were spacious, the linens on the beds felt amazing, the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, dishes, seasonings, pots and pans, huge backyard with plenty of seating, ceiling fan in master bedroom, however, air conditioning was listed but not available. I contacted the host but still no air conditioning. ”

“This property is wonderful. Clean, spacious, well designed, with lots of great perks. Since I was working remotely part of the time, the big kitchen table and comfortable bar stool chairs were a big plus for me. There's a lovely green backyard with a fire pit and all the furniture, furnishings, and appliances were perfect. The property manager was always available. Really nice quiet neighborhood. For hikers, it's also a dream. It's 10 minutes to the nearest trail in the Sandia foothills,……

“The cottage had all the amenities that were listed. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out. It was centrally located to shop, restaurants, UNM hospital, & doctors offices. The area isn't the greatest but we felt safe & secure with the fence & locks. I will be sure to rent this lovely home when we need to go to Albuquerque again. ”
