"Everything was immaculately clean. The area is beautiful. Reservation and check-in went very smoothly. I highly recommend. My only concern is that the distance from the tent to the parking and the bathroom facilities was not communicated clearly. I am moderately fit and, for me, it was a 7-minute walk (including a short but steep hill) from the closest parking to the tent. And the bathroom was 3-4 minutes beyond that. There is no water source at the tent. Just FYI. "

"The property manager and staff members were extremely helpful in accommodating our needs. A handicap accessible room was not available at the time of booking and we hoped a regular room would have sufficient features for our elderly parent. Upon arrival it was apparent that our parent would have difficulty. The management was very responsive and was able to quickly arrange an appropriate alternative.
