"Peter and Jane are terrific hosts of a beautiful spot on the lake. We did all the things. We hiked Mt. Blue to the top. We peddled the boat out onto the lake. We watched the sunrise and sunset on the screened in porch. We made fires and roasted marshmallows. We had a terrifically beautiful family vacation at this perfect little cottage on the lake."

"The property was very nice, spacious. I feel it was a bit pricy for 1 night and also being charged a cleaning fee yet asked to take out trash and do dishes before checkout. Other than that our experience was very comfortable. "

"The property was a lovely space! We needed a one night stay in the Farmington area, and this place was perfect. The home was welcoming and clean, and the owner provided just about everything you need (towels, coffee maker, bedding, wine glasses, etc). We awoke in the morning to 9 deer outside in the field! Thank you so much for the quiet and relaxing stay!"

"This place was awesome! Cool rustic cabin with modern upgrades and add ons. The rustic feel to the original cabin made the experience very unique and the added on bedrooms were extremely comfortable. There is another separate cabin which was a great place to hang out, get some work done, or relax with an evening cocktail. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again."

"Huge improvement over a hotel. Susan and Brian are super nice and serve up some tasty ice cream treats right next door. They seem more set up for winter guests as there was only one horribly undersized ac for the whole house. Thankfully, it wasn't ridiculously hot so we did ok with fans. "Overall awesome stay! The house was clean with all the amenities you could need in the kitchen, for the TV, towels, etc. Great interior vibe. Fireplace and all appliances worked well. A few updates are needed with the introductory welcome materials and equipment information that will be easy but useful to correct.
