"We are return guests. We reserved a water view room. We checked in, started to unpack and discovered water pouring out of the ceiling about bath vanity. The A/C handler was located in the ceiling above the bath vanity. We had to change rooms. The room was very nice, but the view was terrible - the backside of the hotel. "

"The room was amazing, not your cookie cutter hotel or layout , very unique hotel. They did a good job of letting us know before we got there that it’s under renovation, but be prepared it’s a MAJOR renovation. We absolutely loved it and would stay there again "

"The staff went above and beyond when I arrived and my friend was having a medical emergency. The manager Caitlyn got a wheelchair, got me situated and got aid for my friend. She checked on me the rest of time I was there and her and her team even sent me chocolate covered strawberries to make me feel better! Amazing management team. The staff is top notch and I will never stay anywhere else after seeing how they handled this medical emergency. "
