“The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.”

“Very clean room! Staff was super friendly! Only complaint was that I planned on getting up at 9:15 and I heard other room doors slamming shut and large vehicles outside backing up with the beep beep sound. But that was no fault of the staff or the stay itself. ”

“The staff of the hotel was very nice and helped me arrange a cab immediately to pick me up from the hotel to the airport to catch the flight in time, when the pick-up service I ordered online was not delivered to me at the end without any notice even after 40 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time.
