One thing I found difficult was that I had trouble finding the walkway connecting the hotel to the terminal. There were no signs in the airport giving directions to the hotel. "Awesome hotel in the center of everything! Almost all the meeting spots for the tours we took were within walking distance. The free 24-7 cafe is a life-saver and the included sitdown breakfast is super yummy. Water on every floor is a nice touch, and finally the rooms are super comfy, nicely soundproofed and have good airconditioning - really important since it was pretty hot during our visit. Overall, a perfect stay."

"Extremely convenient walking over the little sky bridge from the airport. Restaurant service and food was okay, would have been better off walking back into the sky bridge and getting something more authentic from one of those food stands. Room was good, clean. Just be warned reception is open 24/7 so there were people that arrived in the room next to us around 2am and you can hear everything. "

"Great historic building with an amazing ceiling and chandelier at the entrance. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a small fridge. We didn't rent a car, but be aware that cars are no longer allowed near the Zocalo, so you will need to walk about a block from where you'll be dropped off. It wasn't bad at all, but something to consider if you visit someone with mobility issues. Breakfast was delicious and we hope to return one day!"
