“Beautiful hotel. Unable to check in a minute early but weren’t able to leave our bags there until check in. Staff was very nice and had great food recommendations. We stayed in the room with the balcony and it is very large and comfortable. Location in downtown was perfect, and safe. No parking for rentals but there is a municipal parking garage about 3 streets away. We never found the pool in the hotel. Only saw a spa place next door. “The worst experience ever. Do not book through this private owner. Book through the hotel. My sister sustained a head injury from slipping and falling because the staff failed to tell us if we adjusted the temperature on the air conditioner, the floor would become soaking wet. No help from anyone. No mop no nothing to try the floor. No staff to help. Had to use one of the towels to get the floor dry to avoid any other one of my family members, especially my mom who is elderly, to slip and……
