"The building itself is amazing. There seemed to be a recent takeover so there were a number of staff who were not well trained. The house keeping was an issue every single day of our stay. Our keys deactivated twice in our 4 day stay. The restaurant was probably the worst of the experience. We ordered lunch with only one other table in the entire restaurant. Thirty plus minutes later no food. The main bar was the best of the experience. Friendly staff and served delicious cocktails. Also, my room had a gorgeous view and a fun vibe. Hoping that once the takeover has had some time, these issues will be ironed out. This hotel has great potential."

"Very helpful staff and kind people. They were so friendly and easy to talk to. They welcomed us very nicely. I personally felt the room needed more care because it wasn’t clean that much. The hotel is so nice and close to everything. The lobby is vintage and peaceful. The pool has an incredible view."

"This home has an antique vibe and is filled with color. Close enough to uber downtown, but the neighborhood itself is quiet and clean. Spacious common areas and kitchen well stocked, but could use a few more/better pans for cooking. It got the job done for our week long stay and we’d stay again. "
