“The place was quite clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the heater and air conditioning thermostat malfunctioned, preventing me from getting any sleep. Our room temperature remained at a scorching 81 degrees throughout the night. I reached out to the property and they suggested we lowered it to 40-50 degrees. However, after making this adjustment, our room experienced extreme fluctuations, alternating between freezing cold and scorching hot. ”

“They have amazing old art collection waiting for you to explore, the room service is incredibly nice. The parking is excellent they'll have your car ready within 5 minutes. They'll greet you every time you enter, overall amazing experience and if you have any questions you can text them via phone. ”

“Hotel was great! The bar was absolutely horrible. I went to the bar on Thursday night around 9pm, it was kind of crowded, took about 10 minutes to order a draft beer, and even longer to get it. When it finally arrived, which took a good ten minutes, the bartender and barback never checked back up on me, even when I had an empty glass in front of me. I flagged down the barback, asked for my check, and waited five minutes. Threw down $5, and left. Friday night, bar had maybe ten people in it at……

“We did not eat breakfast, so unable to make a comment about that. But the price was great for 2 queen beds. The layout is a bit odd and they were working on some things in the lobby/hallways, (which wasn't an issue). Check-in/out was easy and they were kind! The reason the overall review is a 3 star and not 4 is because the cleanliness of the room. We have stayed in HORRIBLE rooms, and aside from there being a finger print left on the nirror and a hair or 2 in the shower, the mini feidge has……

“Room was ok. Had wifi issues when we got to the room. The TV went off-line multiple times. The rooftop bar is very cool. ”

“We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.”

“Honestly 5+ stars to the women running this place. They’re doing their jobs and doing it with kindness, friendliness and above all helpful and professional. Give them a raise!! It was spotless and comfortable. Good reason why their ratings are above other hotels in the area charging twice as much for the name. ”

“We chose this hotel because it had 24 hour shuttle service. When we arrived back at 1:00am and called they said the driver went home for the night. We did leave them our return flight information when we left, but they obviously didn’t check it. They eventually sent us an uber after I insisted. We were the last people left at the airport! This is disappointing because we just got done saying it was the most comfortable bed, for a park sleep and fly”
