“The place was quite clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the heater and air conditioning thermostat malfunctioned, preventing me from getting any sleep. Our room temperature remained at a scorching 81 degrees throughout the night. I reached out to the property and they suggested we lowered it to 40-50 degrees. However, after making this adjustment, our room experienced extreme fluctuations, alternating between freezing cold and scorching hot. ”

“They have amazing old art collection waiting for you to explore, the room service is incredibly nice. The parking is excellent they'll have your car ready within 5 minutes. They'll greet you every time you enter, overall amazing experience and if you have any questions you can text them via phone. ”

“I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. ”

“We had an incredible stay at the Journeyman. We were celebrating a milestone anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. The room was spacious and well equipped. The amenities were excellent. We also enjoyed the on-site coffee bar and complementary evening happy hour. The location can’t be beat! ”

“It's clear this hotel went through some recent renovations. Check-in area was very clean and up to date. Rooms were also updated but were lacking in areas. There were unknown drips on bathroom walls and carpet seemed worn. The shower pressure was abysmal and the shower curtain did not reach the bottom of the shower so there was water everywhere, a serious slipping hazard. You may not hear any plane noise from the airport but we were woken up both nights by loud stomping or banging from upper or……

“Honestly 5+ stars to the women running this place. They’re doing their jobs and doing it with kindness, friendliness and above all helpful and professional. Give them a raise!! It was spotless and comfortable. Good reason why their ratings are above other hotels in the area charging twice as much for the name. ”

“We chose this hotel because it had 24 hour shuttle service. When we arrived back at 1:00am and called they said the driver went home for the night. We did leave them our return flight information when we left, but they obviously didn’t check it. They eventually sent us an uber after I insisted. We were the last people left at the airport! This is disappointing because we just got done saying it was the most comfortable bed, for a park sleep and fly”
