“Everything’s pretty good except elevator didn’t work. Another guest came by and told us while we waited. She claimed she was stuck inside for 30 minutes. Staff didn’t put up signs on the door or let us know as we came in.”

The pet fee was reasonable, BUT there needs to be more parking lot lighting to make it safe to walk dogs, and there needs to be a trash container for bagged pet waste. The lack of lighting was a BIG problem. Only one working outdoor light on the far end of the building.”

“pulled up to the hotel and could barely pull up in front of the property due to what i’m assuming was the front desk workers honda pilot under the awning, right in front of the doors as it was there the next morning just facing the other way. after checking in the 3 boys i was with for my sons birthday were rather rowdy. we told front desk this at check in to try and give us room away from disturbing others. we got a call to the room asking us to quiet down.. my kids weren’t even in the room,……

“The room was very clean. I was surprised and disappointed. I hadn’t brought my slippers because I did not know it was a non-carpeted surface, which made it cooler to the person walking barefooted. The staff that I met was superb! Even the housekeeper made an effort to understand what I wanted and very kind about it. I received two tasks to make sure I knew to contact them if needed. That indeed was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices and healthy foods. My……
