"Nice property for a wedding nearby. Service was excellent but room 120 a bit dated. Can’t argue for the price paid and staff linked two separate bookings for the room over two nights. Bar very nice and parking simple plus free! "

"The rooms where beautiful. Upon arrival we got told they had upgraded our room. The room was amazing the staff where all friendly, We had the full english the next morning and this is a must its lovely! Overall fantastic stay and we will definitely be back! "

"The rooms are in outbuildings to the main pub. The old brick buildings are clearly worn, with paint chipping, large cracks in the ceiling, large stains on the carpet and generally in need of a refurb. The furniture is in a good state of repair and the bed is super comfortable. No fans available despite it being August and in the mid 20’s. Have stayed in a Marston Inn previously and had an excellent experience, however this one was well off the mark."

"We stayed for a weekend away with our 2 little dogs, what can I say this property is beautiful, the kitchen is fabulous. Stocked well with everything you need to cook with and more. I would highly recommend and would most definitely return. Great location in the village , plenty of walks in the surrounding area."
