“The hotel isn’t very poor condition. It is not a lake front hotel like it tries to show in the picture. They did not hold my reservation for a king size bed by my 5 o’clock arrival and check-in day. They gave me a double room and said literally “get over it.” I found a bedbug in the room, brought it down for evidence. Dead of course. And they refuse to refund my cash money. And refused to put me in a different room. Terrible customer service. The hotels in terrible condition. And……

“I and my colleague, We had a great stay at Hampton Inn Detroit/Auburn Hills-North. The breakfast was good — omelettes, sausage, potatoes, bagels , DIY waffles, with some healthy options available too. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The location is perfect — just next to the outlet, and it’s very convenient for dining and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel!”
