“Everything is good”

“We booked a DELUXE suite for 2 nights, First, they tried to put us in a room that's on a very far side of the resort, 1/2 mile from all the amenities of this resort, such as the water park, gym, etc, i.e. when you want to go there, you'd have to wait for a shuttle every time or walk half a mile in 100 degree heat, or drive your car, and then spend 40 minutes looking for a place to park (HUGE resort, but you can barely find spot to park!) So, I asked them to move us closer, they put us in room……

“The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.”

“We had a great stay! They were able to accommodate us with an early check-in, which is always such a nice bonus when traveling. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location was super convenient with lots of great dining options nearby. My daughter especially loved the pool and had so much fun. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely come back!”
