“Wonderful location with close proximity to Petit Jean State Park. Rock House Cave trail is right across the street. The cabin was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. There was no firewood in the rack when we arrived but we were able to forage wood from the forest floor and we spent a lot of time sitting around the campfire. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. There was a nice screened in porch with a picnic table and a daybed. ”

“We were in a basement room with a view of the staircase. Check in is nonexistant after 5. You’re given a 2 page dissertation of rules to sign and drop off,then expected to run a credit card down for incidentals by 8am. Why don’t you consider staffing the place.The carpet needs removed it’s filthy. The tv needs to be properly mounted with the wires hidden and the components on a higher shelf. They are on a sofa table that doesn’t allow the kitchen table to be placed for use. You can’t get to the……

“The property was in a fantastic location, about a 5 minute drive to anywhere downtown. It was very pet-friendly. The heating system is a mini-split on each level of the house so it does not provide adequate heat to the entire home.The property was extremely unclean especially the walls, toilet, bathtub, and floors. We did clean the toilet and tub in order to use them. There was not any laundry detergent for the washer that would have been helpful for washing the towels used to clean the……
