“Staff was so nice and very helpful with directions!”

“Our stay was disappointing. The AC stopped working on the second night. the employee who came up insisted it was blowing cool air, even though it clearly wasn't. I gave it more time to see if it improved but it never did. Around 2 AM, I called again and explained that if the issue couldn't be fixed, I would prefer to check out the next day. After some back and forth, we were finally moved to another room. Unfortunately, that room had a gnat problem, with a worrisome amount of gnats flying……

“Front desk and management were super helpful with a last minute emergency during our stay. We had to check out a day early and the staff and management refunded us for the early check out. We had to leave early but we will make it up at this Inn for sure when we return. Thank you so much for your help! 😊”
