“Location is really nice, view is super, beds were comfortable. We mostly enjoyed our stay. Probably won't stay again due to few small things that really diminished the overall experience and stress. We could not wash our clothes, big deal for a family packing limited clothes. Washer and dryer look to be from 1982. Electric stove worked but we could never get the pans hot enough to cook food in a timely manner. The dishwasher leaked, it was newer model but we got through that one.Should address……

“This is a great place to stay for families. So much right on the property- hiking, open spaces, awesome views, farm animals, fish pond, trampoline, games. well appointed kitchen for us to prepare a holiday dinner. We will definitely consider staying again. ”

“This cabin is really unbelievable. I can't wait to go back. The peace and quiet relative to how close it is to Cortland can't be beat. The pond, the deer, the MOON... Loved every minute of it.”

“House was warm and welcoming. Beautiful views of the lake. As it appears we stayed during off season, lake traffic was very quiet which we appreciated for quiet nights. Would definitely recommend and host was very responsive. Will definitely looki forward to availability for our next visit.”

“Comfortable and cozy cottage on the lake. Very nice location. Boys shared the bunk room and my wife and I rested well on the king bed. My boys and I really enjoyed fishing off the dock - we caught a few sunnies and bluegills - meanwhile, local fishermen by the road caught some monsters!”

“Residence was perfectly located for visiting family over Christmas. It is a charming home, very clean, very warm and met our needs exceptionally well. The entrance was well lit for locating during our evening arrival. To our surprise, the driveway was plowed every night during our 5 night stay making for easy access during our travels. The yard was as advertised, safe, secure and worked perfectly for our dog. It even had a hot tub!”
